Mr. Petruska holds a Masters of Science in Manufacturing Systems, and a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Technology. He is a Senior Member of ASQ and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. He is also a member-leader of International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). An active Toastmaster, Bob has earned his Competent Communicator twice, and is volunteering as a webmaster. He also volunteers his time at ASQ and runs the Continuous Improvement Consortium in North Carolina.
Bob is a published author, and international presenter. He was honored to have worked with the top 400 leaders in a major organization to improve their influencing skills in 2014 using Strength Based and Change Leadership tools.
